Privacy Policy

Last updated2026-08-24

AI SEO Hacker (“we”, “this site”) respects your privacy. This page explains in plain language what data this website actually collects, who receives it, how long it is kept, and how you can opt out or exercise your rights. This policy covers this website only, not any third-party site you reach from here.

1. What we collect

a. Information you give us

When you fill in and submit the contact form, we receive what you entered, which may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name
  • LINE ID, Telegram, WhatsApp (optional)
  • Industry and budget range
  • The message you write

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through the form service Formspree (see section 4).

b. Information collected automatically

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service from Google, to understand how the site is used. While you browse, GA4 automatically collects:

  • Pages viewed, time spent, and your entry and exit pages
  • Interactions: scroll depth, clicks on links leaving this site, file downloads, video playback progress, and interaction with form fields
  • Technical details: device type, operating system, browser, screen size, language setting
  • Approximate location: the country and city estimated from your IP address (we never see your full IP address)
  • Referral source: the search engine or website you came from

We additionally record these actions to tell what works and what gets stuck: starting the contact form, submitting it successfully, a failed submission, clicking a contact channel (LINE, email), and clicking an on-site call-to-action. These records contain only which action happened and where.

We do not send the name, email address, phone number, company or message you type into the form to Google Analytics. Form-related events record only whether a submission happened — never the personal data you entered.

2. Cookies

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. This site uses:

NamePurposeLifetime
_gaUsed by Google Analytics to distinguish browsers2 years
_ga_<id>Used by Google Analytics to keep a single visit continuous2 years

This site uses no advertising pixels and serves no personalised advertising.

3. How the data is used

  • To answer the enquiry you submitted and send the service and pricing information you asked for
  • To learn which content is useful to visitors, and adjust the site accordingly
  • To find slow or hard-to-use pages and fix them
  • To measure overall traffic trends (reported as aggregate numbers, not per person)

We do not use this data for automated decision-making, and we do not use your contact details for marketing you did not ask for.

4. Who receives the data

Google LLC — the usage data above is processed and stored by Google as part of the Google Analytics service, possibly on servers outside Taiwan.

Formspree, Inc. (USA) — our contact form is delivered through Formspree, so what you submit passes through their servers.

Their privacy policies:

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

We disclose data to others only where required by law, or in response to a formal request from a competent authority or court.

5. How long it is kept

User-level data in GA4 is set to a 14-month retention period, after which Google deletes it automatically. Aggregate statistics are not subject to that limit.

Contact details received through the form are kept for two years after your enquiry is resolved, so we can follow up and keep a record of the work. You may ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Cookie lifetimes are listed in the table above; you can clear them yourself at any time.

6. How to opt out

  • Install Google’s official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to stop GA4 collecting your data on any website
  • Block or clear cookies in your browser settings
  • Browse this site in a private / incognito window
  • Simply do not submit the contact form — no personal data is needed to read anything on this site

Everything on this site works normally after opting out — we simply will not see your visit in the statistics.

7. Your rights

Under Article 3 of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to give you access to, provide a copy of, correct or supplement, stop collecting, processing or using, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will act on your request once we have verified your identity.

8. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party sites such as LINE and client case-study websites. Once you follow such a link you are on their territory, their privacy practices apply, and this policy does not.

9. Children’s privacy

This is a business-to-business website and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 12. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect data, we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Please check back from time to time.

11. Contact us

For questions about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights above, email [email protected] or use the contact form on this site.
