Common questions about the new monthly subscription contract
Why not a single lump-sum payment?
The starter fee covers the first 2 months of intensive build (70 articles + full-site architecture); the monthly fee covers the following 4 months of maintenance — payments match deliverables.
Is the starter fee refundable?
The starter fee is considered fulfilled once we deliver the starter-phase checklist. If we fail to deliver on time, we refund in proportion to what's actually been completed.
Why do you only use Google Search Console for keyword rankings?
Third-party tools routinely disagree on the numbers, which causes disputes. We use GSC only — you can verify every number in your own dashboard. Google decides, not us.
How does renewal differ from the initial contract?
Renewal is 12 months at NT$10,000/month (no starter fee). Monthly articles rise from 5 to 10, plus quarterly competitor analysis and backlink building.
How is article quality ensured?
Every article goes through multi-round quality review covering structure, keyword placement, readability, and SEO standards; cited data is fact-checked to avoid AI hallucinations. The contract includes 3 free revision rounds (≤ 10 articles each); additional rounds are NT$3,000/round.
Who owns the articles produced during the contract?
Upon full payment, all copyrights for articles delivered during the contract period (including derivative and distribution rights) transfer to the client. We retain our tool-level IP (Topic Cluster methodology, SEO/GEO technical framework, article structure templates) but license its use to you.
